Web 2.0 technologies let us collaboratively build, manage and share presentations in person or remotely over the web, and allow us to incorporate music, audio and special effects to enhance our presentations.

What are some examples of presentations online?

Live Web Usability Lab, a presentation at CLA last year by our very own Steve Cauffman and colleagues.    (Slideshare)

Social Networking & Libraries, a presentation prepared by Sharon Clapp (Slideshare)

Take a look at some presentations Kris has created using online applications.

There's music! There's audio! There's flashing lights!

1. Explore 1-2 these sites or check out a few Library 2.0 presentations on Slideshare or Webslides (tip: type  in library 2.0 in the search box)

2. Considerations for your blog:  Did you find any presentations that surprised you? bored you? intrigued you? Include some links in your blog. Did you come across other sites that you liked better?  What applications can you see for these tools at the State Library?

Extra Credit:

Create a slideshow! Share your success! Include a link to it in your blog.
